Evidence Readiness Assessment
The diagnostic engagement that tests whether a regulated servicing or credit team can preserve, reconstruct, and demonstrate critical evidence across the systems, vendors, and archives it already uses.
Definition and role
What this artifact examines and how it contributes to evidence readiness.
The Evidence Readiness Assessment is NewBridge Pathway's full diagnostic engagement. It examines the evidence chain surrounding regulated servicing communications and administration: what is created, where it lives, who controls it, and whether it can be reconstructed without relying on one provider interface or one person's institutional memory. The assessment is implementation-neutral. It tests the firm's evidence posture against the systems, vendors, and contracts already in place, and does not require a software purchase to deliver findings.
Evidence reviewed
The evidence categories this artifact examines.
- Communication journeys and notice families across regulated servicing surfaces.
- Policy triggers, decision records, exception rationale, and approval conditions.
- Template, payload, render, and delivery evidence per communication.
- Vendor, system, TPA, archive, and fulfilment handoffs and the evidence each step preserves or drops.
- Customer-outcome proof and management-information evidence.
- Contract evidence rights and exit-readiness blockers.
Evidence question
The practical question this artifact is designed to answer.
If a regulator, board member, borrower, investor, or successor servicer asked what happened, under which policy, through which vendor, and with what outcome, could the firm show it without relying on any single provider interface as the complete record of truth?
How it fits in the assessment
How this artifact supports the Evidence Readiness Assessment and connects with the other diagnostic outputs.
The Evidence Readiness Assessment is the diagnostic engagement. The other diagnostic outputs – Customer Outcome Evidence Map, Policy-to-Execution Trace, Template and Render Proof Review, Vendor Evidence Dependency Map, Contract-Term Evidence Portability Review, Retrieval and Export Readiness Review, and Evidence Gap Map – are the evidence-readiness artifacts the assessment uses to map, test, and synthesize evidence readiness. Each output answers a specific evidence question and can be commissioned on its own; the Evidence Readiness Assessment brings them together into one posture review.
