Careers at NewBridge Pathway

We're not hiring at the moment.

While we wait to open roles, we want to hear from people drawn to evidence-based work in regulated servicing. Join the talent network, and we'll be in touch when hiring begins.

Who tends to thrive here

People who care about evidence because it protects people.

We sit at the boundary between regulated servicing operations, the systems that record what happened, and the people affected when critical communications fail.

The work rewards operational rigor and empathy in equal measure: understanding borrower stress, provider constraints, regulatory expectations, and the evidence needed to avoid preventable harm. Plain-language thinking and comfort with uncertainty matter more than credentials.

Research

Researchers who connect financial markets, homeowner outcomes, and borrower harm

Comfortable with regulatory and legal frameworks, servicing economics, ombudsman patterns, housing-market stress, and the operational routes by which borrower harm can emerge. Attentive to industry-wide practices, not just individual failures, and able to turn evidence into frameworks that improve communication, policy consistency, and customer outcomes.

Engineering

Engineers who make complex systems reliable

Conscientious builders drawn to careful design, protocols, infrastructure, and deep architecture. Fluent across messy enterprise stacks, but oriented toward reliability, audit trails, policy-to-execution mapping, and long-lived systems rather than constant disruption. Able to turn product imagination into rigorous, explainable infrastructure.

Operations

Operators who know where evidence breaks down

Have lived inside servicing operations, complaints functions, provider oversight, compliance, or regulated change programs. Understand communications plans, testing plans, timelines, escalation paths, and data compatibility issues – and can turn operational reality into evidence requirements, policy consistency, and provider-handoff discipline.
